Mark me down as someone who thinks burning a Koran in Florida is a dumb idea. The question I have is: How did this obscure happening become an international story? It seems that if one segment of the media isn't enabling Islam, another is doing its best to inflame it. The irrationality of the followers of Islam is a given. For journalists pushing an agenda of "Islamophobia," the incident is, er, excuse the phrase, a godsend.
My suggestion is that some interest be given to a more intelligent response to the Ground Zero mosque-- like the El Cid Project!
